WARRANTIES
All Be Modern electric fires are covered by a comprehensive two year warranty and gas fires are covered for 12 months. All warranties become effective from the date of installation. Extended warranties are available subject to terms and conditions.
If you experience any faults during the respective period please report it directly to Be Modern Customer Services.

- Complete the above form and submit via email to customerservices@bemodern.com, alternatively fax 0191 430 9522.
- Once we receive your completed Service Request form, we will endeavour to contact the occupier within 24 hours and confirm the nature of the fault.
- The occupier’s details will be passed to one of our service engineers who will contact occupier within 48 hours to arrange a suitable appointment.
- Appointments will be attended within 14 days of the service engineers contact.
- Please note that time scales are subject to normal weekends and bank holiday exclusions.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage whilst the ’Product’ is being installed due to inferior workmanship practices
- Damage caused by mis-use of the ‘Product’ or where normal standards of care and use have not been complied with
- Damage due to incorrect installation
- Damage or defects due to mis-use, accident or unauthorised alterations
Note: All lamps supplied with the product are classed as consumable items, and are the occupier’s responsibility to replace.
